Terms of Service

1. The product

The Pack is a digital product: a 41-page printable PDF supplied for AUD $19. It is delivered electronically — as a download link displayed on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address provided at checkout — promptly after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped. Any free sample pages we make available are also covered by these Terms, including the licence and restrictions below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase the Pack. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Licence and intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to download, print and use the Pack for your own personal, non-commercial use, including for as many of your own private events as you wish. You must not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise commercialise the Pack;
• reproduce, distribute, publish, share or otherwise make the Pack (or any part of it) available to any third party; or
• alter the Pack to remove any proprietary or copyright notices.

All intellectual property rights in the Pack and the Site, including copyright, remain the property of Visi Messenger Pty Ltd and its licensors. We may suspend or revoke this licence if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by redistributing the Pack), without affecting any rights that have already accrued or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Price and payment

Prices are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. A tax invoice is available on request. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe; we do not collect or store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge shown at checkout.

5. Delivery and access

On successful payment, access to the Pack is provided through a secure download link. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and save the Pack. If you do not receive your link, please reach us via our contact page and we will reissue it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law permits us to do so, we may limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee to re-supplying the Pack or refunding its purchase price. Where the law does not permit such a limit, your full rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

8. No affiliation

The Pack is an original printable party kit. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any zoo, wildlife organisation, brand, television program or public figure. Any thematic references are used for descriptive purposes only.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or the Pack for any unlawful purpose, nor to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and the Pack are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude any warranties, conditions and terms that would otherwise be implied by law, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Pack.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
