1. Information we collect

• Contact information— your email address, provided when you request free sample pages or purchase the Pack.
• Transaction information— details of your purchase (the product, amount and date). Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Review content— if you submit a review, the star rating, any title and written comments, the display name you provide, and optional details such as party type. Where you consent, the reviews you submit are published publicly on the Site.
• Technical and usage information— pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location (derived from your IP address), collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• deliver your free sample pages and your purchase, and provide customer support;
• publish, on the Site, the reviews you submit and consent to display;
• send you a limited series of follow-up emails about the Pack, from which you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email;
• process payments and maintain business records as required by law;
• operate, measure and improve the Site; and
• deliver, measure and optimise our advertising.

3. Legal bases (EU and UK users)

Where the GDPR applies, we process your personal data on the basis of the performance of a contract (to deliver your purchase), your consent (for marketing emails), and our legitimate interests (to operate, secure and improve the Site and our advertising), balanced against your rights and freedoms.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function. We also set first-party cookies that assign each visitor an anonymous identifier, so that we can measure how our pages and offers perform, including through A/B tests; these typically last up to 12 months. In addition, we use advertising and analytics technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replay that show how the Site is used, with sensitive inputs masked), and Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the Site may not function correctly as a result.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to operate our business, to the following categories of service provider, each of which is required to protect it:

• Stripe— payment processing;
• Resend— transactional and marketing email delivery;
• Vercel— website hosting, plus privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and performance monitoring;
• Google— business email and productivity, website analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Google Ads) services;
• Microsoft Clarity— heatmap and session-replay analytics that show how visitors interact with the Site, with sensitive inputs masked;
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram)— advertising measurement and optimisation via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. This involves sharing events such as page views, sign-ups and purchases, together with hashed (irreversible) identifiers such as your email address, and your IP address and browser information.

We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers are located, or store data, outside Australia (including in the United States and the European Union). Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with applicable privacy laws.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

8. Security

We store personal information on secured, access-controlled infrastructure and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

9. Your rights and choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and, for EU and UK users, object to or restrict certain processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us via our contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or, for EU and UK users, your local data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

The Site and the Pack are intended for purchase by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always available on the Site.
